Meet Ulf Schewein, a robust 74-year-old with excellent health. Having resided in his neighborhood for four decades, he has grown weary of the speeding motorists near his home. Frustrated with the unclear speed signs and the seemingly preoccupied police, he decided to take matters into his own hands.
Arming himself with his blow dryer, he stationed himself by the street, fixing a stern gaze upon passing motorists like this:
And guess what? It worked wonders! The cars mistook him for a police officer and slowed down accordingly. Being retired, he finds this daily activity quite amusing. Until a more concrete solution is implemented, Ulf believes this is the best way to curb speeding in his area.
