5 Youthful Gentlemen Continuously Disrupt Elderly Veteran’s Meal with Spouse, Resulting in Emotional Response
Lou Zezoff, a Vietnam Naval Veteran, and his wife Annette decided to have a peaceful meal at Cracker Barrel in Granite City, Illinois.
Upon entering, Lou wore his “U.S. Navy Vietnam Veteran” cap and noticed a table with five young men. Recognizing their “high and tight” haircuts, he immediately identified them as fellow service members, even though they weren’t in uniform.
As the couple sat down and placed their order, one of the young men stood up and approached their table. He warmly greeted Lou and expressed gratitude for his service. Lou acknowledged the young man’s appreciation, and the service member returned to his own table.
Following that, another young man approached Lou and expressed his thanks, speaking on behalf of all five of them. Lou graciously accepted their gratitude and wished them the best of luck in their careers.
