Fans expressed worry over Simon Cowell’s appearance in a heartwarming family photo, where he was seen cozied up with fiancée Lauren Silverman and son Eric, following earlier concerns about his health.
In the snapshot, the 62-year-old was pictured alongside Lauren, 45, and their 8-year-old son, Eric. Simon and Lauren are set to tie the knot later this year.
Reflecting on their upcoming wedding, Simon shared, “I’ve felt engaged for quite some time, if I’m honest. Lockdown and Covid were probably make-or-break for many relationships. Being under the same roof for over a year, I realized we get along really well. And for Eric, as he grows older, he’ll be asked more about his parents, so I thought it was the right thing to do for him.”
Addressing his weight loss journey, he explained, “The most significant change was in the first month, where most of the weight came off, and you look at yourself and think, ‘wow’. I simply cut out red meat – white meat is fine – and I incorporate lots of vegetables, salads, and enjoy a great beer. If you’re on a diet, you have to keep the food sensible but interesting and tasty, making the diet surprisingly manageable.”
