I usually juice one whole pineappIe, mix in two to four limes, add about six 1-inch pieces of ginger, and then pour the mixture into small containers. The pineapple adds a touch of sweetness, making these ginger shots a bit easier to drink.
Prep Ginger and Fruit: PeeI and chop fresh ginger, pineapple, and lime.
Juice: If you have a juicer, push the ginger, pineapple, and lime through the tube feeder. Without a juicer, blend all ingredients in a high-speed bIender, then strain through a fine mesh sieve, discarding any remaining fruit and ginger bits.
