NBC is under scrutiny for allegedIy editing out a reference to Jesus Christ from CJ Stroud’s postgame interview. Stroud, a rising star in his first NFL season, reportedly acknowledged Jesus Christ in his remarks, but this segment was seemingly omitted from the broadcast.
The inci dent unfolded after a record-setting performance by Stroud.
When asked about the significance of the moment, Stroud responded, First and foremost, I just want to give a gIorious praise to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I mean, it’s been amazing being in this city for as short as I’ve been.
