A 32-year-old woman was attacked by a polar bear after she jumped into their enclosure at the Berlin zoo

If you have visited a zoo, which is very likely you have, you have certainly noticed all the signs which remind visitors not to feed animals and not get close to them. This is done for both the sake of the people and the animals.

Sadly, accidents happen, and sometimes people put themselves in dangerous situations on purpose which is sadly the case with a teacher who was left in despair after she failed finding a job for some time.

Namely, while at the Berlin Zoo, the woman, 32 years old Mandy K, jumped inside the enclosure of the polar bears. In order to do so, she had to climb over a fence, a line of hedges, and a wall. What’s most, she jumped inside the caged area while the beard were being fed.

As expected, one of the animals was quick to attack her, leaving her with serious injuries and wounds from the strong bites she sustained.

Luckily, one of the employees at the Zoo was able to scare the bear off and save Mandy.

She was severely injured on her arm, her leg, and her back.
