Seven people are currently missing after a cargo ship encountered a power outage and crashed into a support pillar of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland.
The ship was being navigated by a local pilot who specializes in maneuvering within the Port of Baltimore.
Rescue teams have successfully retrieved two individuals from the water. One individual emerged without injuries, while the other is in critical condition and undergoing treatment at a hospital.
The vessel involved in the incident is the Dali, which is registered under the flag of Singapore.
