Orange peels: Never throw them away again, put them in a jar and add vinegar
Natural household cleaner, how to make it
What do you need?
3 oranges (degreaser);
1 lemon (antibacterial and against unpleasant odors);
white wine vinegar (excellent cleaning agent, disinfectant and limescale remover);
1 glass;
1 spray bottle.
Squeeze oranges and lemon and make a nice juice. Save the peels.
You will notice that citrus residue remains in them. Here is the basis for your household cleaner!
Take a glass and cut all the peels into small pieces. Place them in the jar, squeezing them if necessary, and pour the vinegar over them, as much as you need to cover the peels up to the edge of the jar itself.
Seal the jar and store away from light sources for 2 weeks. This time is used to macerate the citrus peels well, releasing the elements useful for making the detergent. After 2 weeks, filter everything and throw away the peels. Fill the spray bottle with the liquid of vinegar and citrus extracts and use it on any surface you want to clean, including steel parts.
The result will amaze you and also leave a pleasant scent!
Of course you can use any citrus fruit. Not just lemon and orange, but also tangerines and grapefruit, for example.
