The gorgeous olive 1955 Fargo Power Wagon Turbodiesel

This 1955 Fargo Power Wagon is a Canadian-market truck and is said to have been used as a lumber delivery and farm vehicle before being acquired by the seller in 2011. A subsequent frame-off refurbishment included repainting the truck in green and black, reupholstering the interior, and installing a 234ci Hino Motors turbodiesel inline-four and a four-speed automatic transmission. Features include a dual-range transfer case, front disc brakes, wood-lined bed, receiver hitch, front winch, heater, power windows, and an aftermarket stereo. This Power Wagon pickup is now offered with build photos and Quebec registration.

Power Wagons were sold under the Fargo name by Canadian Chrysler-Plymouth dealers, and this example was disassembled, media blasted, and repainted in metallic green and black during current ownership. The seller states that additional work included replacing the windshield and side windows. Exterior features include a wood-lined bed, a diamond-plate toolbox, a front winch, a single exhaust stack, and a receiver hitch.

Black-painted 16” steel wheels feature locking front hubs and are wrapped with General Grabber AT2 tires. Stopping power is provided by rear drums and front disc brakes that were installed during the refurbishment.

The cab features adjustable two-tone black and gray cloth seats along with a black vinyl headliner and door panels. Equipment includes an aftermarket stereo, a body-color steel dash, rubber floor mats, and power windows that were installed during the refurbishment. The seller notes the windshield is cracked and that the passenger-side window is slow to roll up.
