Jennifer Garner Cooks Delicious Lemon Chicken
Actress Jennifer Garner has revealed that she has several cookbooks at home, but she rarely cooks these foods
She usually cooks foods that she has learned and doesn’t often watch chefs.
Garner decided to try cooking lemon chicken.
You need:
– 2 tablespoons of frankincense;
– 1 tablespoon of caraway seeds;
– salt and freshly ground pepper;
– 1/3 cup of olive oil;
– 1 lemon, thinly sliced;
– 1 onion;
– 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced;
– boneless chicken breast;
– ½ cup of white wine;
– juice of one lemon.
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 230 degrees Celsius.
Combine the cumin, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper in a small blender and blend until combined.
Heat the olive oil in a small bowl, then add the mixture to the oil. Then arrange the lemon slices on the baking sheet and sprinkle the onion and minced garlic cloves on top.
Place the chicken on top and drizzle half of the oil and herbs over the top.
Remove the skin from the chicken and brush with the remaining mixture.
Roast the chicken for about 30 minutes, add the wine to the pan, but not directly on the chicken, and roast for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with lemon juice, cover with aluminum foil, and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut the chicken into pieces, season with salt, and serve hot with the sauce from the pan.
Enjoy,
