Playboy model Hieke Konings has alleged that Leonardo DiCaprio had a surprising response when she asked him about dating women over the age of 25.
DiCaprio, 49, has remained a heartthrob since his breakthrough role in the 1996 film Romeo + Juliet, and his iconic portrayal of Jack in Titanic.
Over the years, DiCaprio has garnered attention for his relationships with women under the age of 25, leading to numerous memes and jokes about his alleged tendency to part ways with partners once they reach that age.
In 2016, DiCaprio was romantically linked to actor Nina Agdal, but their relationship ended when Agdal turned 25. Similarly, his relationship with model Camila Morrone ended shortly after she reached the same age.
Now, Konings, 22, has come forward with claims about her encounter with DiCaprio at an exclusive nightclub in Los Angeles.
According to Konings, DiCaprio’s manager informed her that the actor wanted to speak with her. Approaching his table, Konings took the opportunity to question DiCaprio about his dating preferences.
Reportedly, DiCaprio admitted to being ‘guilty’ of the under-25 trend, surprising Konings with his candid response.
Konings also alleged that she shared a kiss with DiCaprio, although she described it as ‘not the best’ she’d experienced.
Following the encounter, Konings informed DiCaprio that she didn’t feel she knew him well enough to pursue anything further. DiCaprio responded ‘sweetly’ to her statement.
The exact timing of Konings’ interaction with DiCaprio is unclear. However, recent reports have linked DiCaprio to Italian model Vittoria Ceretti, who turned 25 in June 2023.
DiCaprio and Ceretti have been seen together enjoying ice cream in Santa Barbara and dancing in Ibiza. Sources have suggested that DiCaprio is ‘completely smitten’ with Ceretti and has chosen to be exclusive with her.
