Woman Who Died For 27 Minutes Scribbled This Message When She Woke Up
A heart attack can be a scary experience. It can be life-changing or even life-threatening. For Tina Hines, it was both.
Tina had always been active and kept herself healthy. She liked to run and go hiking. It was a typical day, and she was about to go hiking with her husband, Brian, when sometime horrible happened. Tina collapsed.
It turns out that she was having a heart attack. Brian recalled the experience saying, “Her eyes didn’t close, and they were rolled back in her head. She was purple and not making any noise or breathing.”
While waiting for the paramedics to arrive, Brian did chest compressions on his wife, desperately trying to resuscitate her. When the paramedics showed up, she was put in an ambulance and taken to the hospital.
Brian was worried that his wife wouldn’t survive. In that moment, he prayed to God asking him to bring his wife back to him. Tina ended up surviving after being dead for 27 minutes.
When someone dies and comes back to life, sometimes they have stories about what they saw or experienced while they were dead. Often people will talk about seeing a bright light. Tina also described seeing a bright light, but she also claims she saw much more than that. In fact, her experience has made her believe more than ever that Heaven is real.
Tina’s niece, Maddie Johnson, shared a post on social media about her new tattoo and her aunt’s near-death experience. She wrote, “A little over a year ago my Aunt Tina, one of the most amazing, discerning, and healthy people I know had an unexpected cardiac arrest and according to doctors had died and was brought back to life four times by my Uncle Brian and first responders before arriving to the hospital. She was put on a defibrillator and after miraculously waking up the first thing she did, unable to speak because she was intubated, was ask for a pen and in my cousins journal wrote ‘it’s real.’”
You might be asking, “What’s real?” According to Maddie, that’s what everyone in Tina’s hospital room was asking after seeing what she wrote. According to Maddie, Tina simply “pointed up to heaven.” After that experience, Maddie decided to have “it’s real” in her aunt’s handwriting tattooed on her wrist.
