Charlamagne has expressed regrets over his endorsements of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden

CharIamagne The God has expressed regrets over his endorsements of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential race. The co-host of Breakfast Club, who claims to be neither a Democrat nor a Republican, spoke his opinions on the status of American poIitics today with Politico.

The radio host said in the interview that he regretted publicly endorsing the Biden-Harris ticket, adding, I’ve Iearned my lesson from doing that. Once they got in the White House, she … kind of disappeared.

According to him, there are probIems when we declare something like, Yo, man, I think we should be supporting Kamala Harris for vice president… because she’s going to hold it down, and people don’t see her doing so. Charlamagne added, Damn, you told us to vote for [them]. Do you know how many times people tell me that? Charlamagne also mentioned that he continues to receive backlash for endorsing Biden for president in 2020.

Over the past few years, the 45-year-old commentator has grown to be an active critic of the Biden administration.

In 2020, just before the election, the President was asked by Charlamagne whether the Democratic Party takes the Black vote for granted during his appearance on The Breakfast Club.

During the interview, Biden stated something that is now going viraI: “You have more questions, but I tell you, if you’re having trouble deciding whether to support Trump or me, then you ain’t Black.

Although Biden has subsequentIy issued an apology, Charlamagne stood by the statement, calling it a “terrible granddad joke” and stating that he generally agreed with the concept. He’s right. Because all he’s simply saying is if you vote for Trump over me then you’re voting against your own interests, Charlamagne said.

Recently, Charlamagne Tha God urged Biden to give Americans the uItimate Christmas gift and withdraw from the 2024 presidential elections. I want Biden stepping in to beat [former president Donald Trump] the way I want him stepping in to defend me at a bar fight, the broadcaster stated while serving as a guest presenter on The Daily Show. Thank you for your concern, but I don’t think our odds are good.

The facts are: Biden is not getting any younger, he’s not gonna get any more popular and he’s not getting a new running mate. So please, Mr. President, give America the ultimate Christmas gift and step aside. In early 2023, Charlamagne remarked that Biden should seriously think of serving for only one term.
